- To ensure a timely departure, we ask that you arrive at your pick-up point at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time, and in case of delays, we encourage you to contact the driver directly.
During the trip:
- The journey from Singapore to Johor Bahru typically takes around 1-2 hours, depending on traffic conditions at the Woodlands or Tuas checkpoints, so it’s best to plan for potential delays during peak hours.
- You’ll travel in our air-conditioned, comfortable MPVs or vans that can accommodate up to 7-10 passengers, with plenty of room for luggage, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable ride throughout.
- You won’t need to leave the vehicle during customs checks at both Singapore and Malaysia checkpoints, allowing for a smooth and uninterrupted transition across borders.

Notes:
- Travelers should ensure their passports have at least 6 months of validity.
- Please note that it is the traveler’s responsibility to submit their own MDAC (Malaysia Digital Arrival Card) or SGAC (Singapore Arrival Card) before the trip.
- Singapore Passport holders are exempt from submitting MDAC at all entry points. Singaporeans who intend to enrol their fingerprints for access to automated immigration clearance via the e-gates on subsequent entry should submit the MDAC three days prior to their arrival in Malaysia.
